Having forged a career in Renewables for over two decades, Hunter Philips was founded to act at the intersection of human ingenuity and the global energy transition. I’ve been reflecting on my 21-year journey. We aren't just witnesses to the green revolution; we are the architects of the leadership teams driving it. Below are my reflections on why this mission remains as vital today as it was when we began.
After 21 years in executive search, what still gets me out of bed is the tangible legacy of our work. In many industries, "changing the world" is a marketing slogan; in renewables, it is a daily reality.
I am inspired by the fact that we aren’t just filling seats; we are placing the pioneers of a sustainable future.
