The Role: As Head of Legal, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company’s wind, solar & storage projects in Poland. This role requires a proactive, commercially minded legal leader ready to take ownership of legal frameworks within one of the busiest renewable energy pipelines in Poland’s dynamic market. Key Responsibilities: Head the business development and project development on the pipeline of renewable energy projects during investment, co-development, execution and operations phase. Prepare, draft, review and advise on commercial contracts, solar products sales contracts, NDA, PPA, MOU contracts. To provide support to the business development team on tender or bid documents, contract preparation and negotiations worldwide. Provide legal and commercial advice to the organisation and support sales team. Transactional work and closing complex project finance or M&A transactions. To provide support on various financing arrangements, guarantee structures and general corporate and commercial law matters. To coordinate legal matters with different departments or disciplines. Collaborate with external counsels. Implement risk prevention measures for the company. Lead corporate and governance matters. The Person: Bachelors Degree Law LLB. 10 years hands on legal experience within the renewable energy sector Fluent in Polish & English Knowledge of project development, project finance, M&A, commercial law, and an understanding of legal commercial issues. Ability in Drafting and negotiating contracts, problem-solving, and dispute resolution. Professional communication, strong commercial knowledge, risk management, and contractual negotiation having worked at a law firm or in-house legal department within Solar PV/Onshore Wind sector.
