I am currently representing one of my clients on a search to secure a Technical Asset Management Lead, to support their growing portfolio of solar PV and battery storage assets.

 

The company: My client is a fast-growing, well-backed IPP focused on renewable energy projects across Europe. With a strong pipeline in Germany, they are scaling their operations and building out their internal asset management function.

 

This role offers the opportunity to take real ownership in a growing business, with a direct impact on performance and operations.

 

The Role:

As Technical Asset Management Lead, you would be responsible for,

  • Acting as the main technical point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitoring and improving performance across solar and BESS assets.
  • Ensuring compliance with technical, contractual, and HSE standards.
  • Managing external service providers and resolving technical issues.
  • Supporting the setup and improvement of asset management processes and tools.

 

The Person:

The successful candidate will likely have,

  • Experience within solar, BESS, or renewable energy assets.
  • A strong technical understanding and hands-on approach.
  • Experience managing stakeholders or external providers.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
