About the Role:

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager - Onshore Wind Europe to join a growing renewable energy company. Reporting directly to the Director of Project Management Europe, you will take ownership of projects from the sales phase to execution, ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders.


This role is ideal for a Tender/Proposal Manager looking to grow into a full PM position. You will play a key role in market entry strategies for upcoming projects across Germany, Romania, Albania, Greece, Spain, and other European countries.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Pre-Project Preparation:

  • Conduct feasibility studies, scheduling, and cost planning during the sales phase.
  • Support tender and proposal management, contract negotiations, and supplier coordination.


Project Management & Execution:

  • Oversee and monitor onshore wind projects from initiation to completion.
  • Manage contractors, consultants, and internal resources to achieve project targets.
  • Ensure contractor deliverables align with agreements.
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews and oversee compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support for RFQs and assist in customer & supplier contract negotiations.


Risk & Financial Management:

  • Control budgets and provide cash flow forecasting.
  • Identify and mitigate risks during construction.
  • Report on project progress, budget, and scheduling on a weekly/monthly basis.


Site & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Travel to project sites across Europe to review progress, meet contractors, and resolve issues.
  • Establish and maintain clear communication across teams.


Ideal Profile:

Education: Engineering degree (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) or equivalent.


Experience: 3+ years in tender management, proposal management, or project management (wind energy preferred). Experience in contract negotiation, budgeting, and supplier coordination. Knowledge of European energy markets & regulations is a plus.


Skills & Tools: Microsoft Office, CAD, SAP proficiency. Project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).


Languages: English, German and any other European language skills are a plus.

As part of ongoing investment into high focus markets and also to underpinning capital to take on the increased risk of prop trading, they are looking to secure a Senior/Principal Portfolio Manager to join their high performing Energy Management team and set up their dynamic Portfolio Management function. The Role:As Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for developing & leading the group’s Portfolio Management strategy within Germany and then across Europe.
